ACTION

A tool to detect a functional identity of cells from RNA-seq expression data profiles. The ACTION algorithm uses cells' expression profile to classify cells by dominant functions and reconstructs gene regulatory networks involved in mediating identities. NOTE! The source may be available from the Authors. The given GitLab repository does not exist.
