BBKNN

BBKNN

A tool for batch alignment of single-cell RNA-seq transcriptome data. The BBKNN algorithm uses graph-based data integration to increase alignment speed. It first identifies k nearest neighbors and transforms candidates to connectivities for subsequent analyses.
