BRAPeS

BRAPeS

BRAPeS (BCR Reconstruction Algorithm for Paired-End Single-cell) is a tool to reconstruct B cell receptors (BCR) paired-end single-cell RNA-seq data. The BRAPeS algorithm can use short sequences, down to 25bp of length.
