CANEapp (application for Comprehensive automated Analysis of Next-generation sequencing Experiments) is a suite of tools for the analysis of RNA-seq data. The CANEapp package includes functions for differential gene expression analysis, the discovery of new noncoding RNAs using Cuffdiff, edgeR, and DESeq2. The package also includes a graphical user interface.
