CORNAS

CORNAS

CORNAS is a tool for differential expression analysis of RNA-seq data. The CORNAS algorithm uses a Bayesian approach to compute the sequence coverage from concentrations of RNA-seq samples. It uses a posterior distribution to estimate the true gene count.
