DETONATE (DE novo TranscriptOme rNa-seq Assembly with or without the Truth Evaluation) is a tool to evaluate de novo RNA-seq transcriptome assemblies. The DETONATE package consists of two modules, RSEM-EVAL and REF-EVAL.
