DPre

DPre

DPre (driver-predictor) is a tool to identify bias in differentiation and genes affecting cell type conversions in Single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) data. The DPre algorithm scores transcriptional similarity of each gene between data sets to estimate differentiation biases.
