FateID

FateID

FateID is a tool to quantify and visualize the bias of cell fate among multipotent progenitors in single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) data sets. The FateID uses the RaceID3 clustering algorithm for the identification of the cell types and an iterative supervised machine learning technique for quantification of biases in progenitors.
