GENAVi

GENAVi (Gene Expression Normalization Analysis and Visualization) is a tool to normalize, analyze, and visualize gene expression in human or mouse RNA-seq data. GENAVi provides a user-friendly GUI and does not require bioinformatics expertise to operate. GENAVi is available as a web-based tool and also installable on a local computer using docker.
