GPseudoClust

GPseudoClust

GPseudoClust is a tool for temporal ordering of the cell in single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) data. The GPseudoClust algorithm uses a joint inference of pseudo-temporal ordering and gene clusters to quantify the uncertainty.
