LIGER

LIGER

LIGER (Linked Inference of Genomic Experimental Relationships) is a tool for the analysis of multiple single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) data sets. The LIGER algorithm uses integrative non-negative matrix factorization to identify factors shared among data sets.
