MultiQC

MultiQC is a tool that aggregates results from multiple sequence aligners, post- and pre-processing, and quality control tools. Version 1.8 supports 78 separate tool packages. The MultiQC obtains the information by scanning the log files and produces an HTML report. This tool is also useful for Single-cell sequencing data and population studies.
