SLICER

SLICER

SLICER (Selective Locally Linear Inference of Cellular Expression Relationships) is a tool to compute cell trajectories during expression changes in RNA-seq data. The SLICER algorithm detects non-linear expression changes, detect branching, loop components, and their number and locations.
