TSCAN (Tools for Single Cell Analysis) is a tool for differential analysis of single-cell RNA-seq data. The TSCAN algorithm uses a cluster-based minimum spanning tree (MST) method for the pseudo-temporal ordering of cells. TSCAN package has a graphical user interface implemented in Shiny.
