Vireo

Vireo

Vireo (Variational Inference for Reconstructing Ensemble Origin) is a tool to demultiplex pooled single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) data. The Vireo algorithm uses a Bayesian approach and works with data where only partial or no genotype information exists.
