g:Profiler is a web-based tool for gene enrichment analysis of gene ontologies, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway, and protein-protein interaction analyses. g:Profiler updates Ensembl data quarterly. An R client is available and it includes the following four tools: 1. g:GOSt for functional enrichment analysis and visualization, 2. g:Convert for identifier conversion, 3. g:Orth for orthology searching, and 4. g:SNPense for Single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) mapping by 'rs' identifiers.
