samExploreR

samExploreR is an R package for the analysis and exploration of sequencing experiments by simulation using subsampling. The algorithm works for data produced by Illumina GA, HiSeq, MiSeq, ABI SOLiD, Roche GS-FLX, and LifeTech Ion PGM Proton sequencing machines.
