scEpath

A tool for analysis of single-cell RNA-seq data. The scEpath (single-cell Energy path) algorithm induces cellular trajectories based on Waddington's landscape metaphor of cell development. The algorithm also identifies significant marker genes and transcription factors. Note, requires the R package "princurve."
