svapls

svapls

svapls is a tool for the identification of various sample-specific sources of heterogeneity of gene expression in RNA-seq datasets, producing an increasingly accurate expression pattern. The svapls algorithm uses Partial Least Squares regression statistics to obtain the hidden signals of sample-specific heterogeneity to identify phenotypes.
