switchde

switchde

switchde is an R tool to detect switch-like differential expression in single-cell RNA-seq data. The switchde algorithm uses a fast model fitting to produce interpretable parameter estimates for the speed of up- and downregulation and trajectories. It also models zero-inflation data.
