3Dscript.server

3Dscript.server generates three-dimensional animations from microscopy images using server-side rendering and a natural language–based animation specification syntax.

Key Features:

  • Server-Side Rendering Engine: Processes rendering tasks on dedicated servers to generate three-dimensional animations from microscopy datasets.
  • Natural Language Animation Specification: Defines animation sequences using a natural language–based syntax interpreted by the 3Dscript rendering engine.
  • Integration with OMERO: Integrates with the OMERO platform through a web application for accessing and processing microscopy image datasets.
  • Fiji Connectivity: Provides a Fiji client to enable generation of 3D animations from microscopy data processed within Fiji workflows.
  • Cluster-Based Batch Processing: Supports execution of batch scripts on compute clusters to process large microscopy datasets and generate animations at scale.

Scientific Applications:

  • Microscopy Data Visualization: Generates three-dimensional animated visualizations of microscopy datasets for analysis of spatial biological structures.
  • Cell Biology and Neuroscience Imaging: Visualizes dynamic cellular and tissue structures captured through microscopy imaging experiments.
  • Large-Scale Image Analysis: Processes large microscopy datasets using cluster-based rendering workflows for high-throughput visualization.

Methodology:

3Dscript.server interprets natural language–based animation scripts using the 3Dscript rendering engine and performs server-side rendering to generate three-dimensional animations from microscopy image datasets.
