ASRD aggregates and standardizes Arabidopsis thaliana small RNA sequencing data to enable comparative analysis of sRNA abundances across genotypes, tissues, and treatment conditions.

  • Standardized normalization: Applies standardized normalization of sRNA abundances to enable direct comparisons of specific sRNAs and aggregate sRNA populations.
