BBCancer
BBCancer provides a comprehensive blood-based RNA expression atlas to support discovery of cancer biomarkers from high-throughput gene expression data of patient blood samples.
Key Features:
- Comprehensive RNA expression atlas: Expression profiles for six RNA types—mRNAs, long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs), microRNAs (miRNAs), circular RNAs (circRNAs), tRNA-derived fragments (tRF-RNAs), and Piwi-interacting RNAs (piRNAs)—are included.
- Diverse blood sample types: Data derive from plasma, circulating tumor cells (CTCs), and extracellular vesicles (EVs).
- Extensive dataset: The resource contains expression data for 5040 normal and tumor blood samples spanning 15 cancer types.
