BioGRID Open Repository of CRISPR Screens (ORCS) aggregates and curates genome-wide CRISPR/Cas9 screen datasets to provide standardized gene-phenotype and genetic interaction data for functional genomics.

- Extensive Data Coverage: Contains over 895 CRISPR screens across three model organism species and 629 cell lines, including more than 500 genome-wide CRISPR/Cas9 screens in human and mouse cell lines.
- Genome-wide CRISPR/Cas9 Focus: Concentrates on genome-scale loss-of-function and perturbation screens to report phenotypic outcomes of gene disruption.
- Gene-phenotype and Genetic Interaction Data: Provides curated gene-phenotype associations and gene-gene relationship data derived from CRISPR screens.
