BioMedR computes molecular descriptors and interaction features for chemicals, proteins, DNAs, and RNAs to support data mining and modeling in biomedical research.

- Chemical Descriptor Calculation: Computes 293 chemical descriptors and 13 types of molecular fingerprints.
- Protein Descriptor Generation: Produces 9,920 protein sequence-based descriptors and six generalized scale-based descriptors for proteochemometric modeling.
