The Comprehensive Antibiotic Resistance Database (CARD)

The Comprehensive Antibiotic Resistance Database (CARD) provides a curated collection of reference DNA and protein sequences, detection models, and the Antibiotic Resistance Ontology (ARO) to support identification, prediction, and analysis of bacterial antimicrobial resistance (AMR).
