CLiP Chlamydomonas

CLiP Chlamydomonas provides a genome-wide collection of mapped insertion mutants in Chlamydomonas reinhardtii tagged with unique DNA barcodes to enable pooled high-throughput genetic screens for studying photosynthesis, chloroplast biology, cilia/flagella function, eyespot formation, and lipid accumulation.
