CSI NGS Portal automates analysis of next-generation sequencing (NGS) data to perform genome alignment, expression quantification, and experiment-specific workflows for DNA, RNA, smallRNA, ChIP, RIP, 4C, SHAPE, circRNA, eCLIP, and Bisulfite sequencing.
