Chickspress
Chickspress provides integrated access to chicken RNA and peptide expression data from high-throughput sequencing and proteomics to enable comparative evaluation of NCBI and Ensembl gene models against experimental mRNA, miRNA, protein, and peptide evidence across tissues and developmental stages.
