Cistrome-GO

Cistrome-GO performs functional enrichment analysis of transcription factor ChIP-seq peaks by implementing the BETA method to integrate ChIP-seq peak data with differential gene expression (DGE) to identify genes directly regulated by transcription factors and annotate their biological roles.
