DataDiscovery
DataDiscovery provides integrated access to and integration of genomic and related biological data for Triticeae species (bread wheat, Triticum aestivum L., and barley, Hordeum vulgare L.) to support analysis of genome organization and biology while leveraging sequencing technologies and standardized data formats.

Methodology:
As part of the transPLANT EU-funded project, DataDiscovery develops hardware, software, and data infrastructure and standardized data formats and interfaces to promote seamless exchange and integration of complex, heterogeneous Triticeae data.
