EWAS Data Hub
EWAS Data Hub aggregates and normalizes large-scale DNA methylation array datasets and associated metadata to support epigenome-wide association studies and epigenetic analyses.
Key Features:
- Integrated DNA Methylation Dataset: Compiles DNA methylation array data from 75,344 samples derived from multiple epigenome-wide association studies.
- Batch Effect Normalization: Applies normalization methods to correct batch effects across datasets and improve cross-study comparability.
- Comprehensive Metadata Integration: Archives associated sample metadata including tissue or cell type, ancestry category, and disease state.
- Tissue and Cell-Type Reference Profiles: Provides DNA methylation reference profiles for 81 tissues and cell types, including 25 brain regions and 25 blood cell types.
- Ancestry and Disease Annotation: Includes metadata covering six ancestry categories and 67 diseases, including 39 cancer types.
