Epithelial Modelling Platform
Epithelial Modelling Platform facilitates construction and exploration of epithelial transport models by assembling annotated models from the Physiome Model Repository (PMR) and integrating EBI web services for model ranking and semantic visualization.
Key Features:
- Model discovery and assembly: Accesses a curated collection of annotated epithelial transport models in the Physiome Model Repository (PMR) to serve as building blocks for assembling new models tailored to specific research questions.
