Exposome Explorer catalogs biomarkers of dietary intake and environmental pollutant exposures and their associations with cancer risk to support exposomics and exposure–disease research.

• Cancer risk associations: Houses 1,356 associations between dietary biomarkers and cancer risk collated from 313 epidemiological studies.
• Classifications and categories: Provides revised classifications for foods and compounds and new categories for biospecimens, analytical methods, and types of cancer.
• Scope: Focuses on biomarkers of exposure to environmental risk factors, particularly dietary and pollution-related biomarkers.
