FB5P-seq
FB5P-seq performs integrative analysis of 5'-end single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data from FACS-sorted B and T cells to link transcriptome profiles with B cell receptor (BCR) and T cell receptor (TCR) repertoires.
