FFPEcap-seq

FFPEcap-seq profiles 5' capped RNAs from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) clinical specimens to generate sequencing libraries that enable quantitative analysis of mRNA and enhancer RNA from degraded, low-yield RNA.
