Freezing-Point
Freezing-Point is a user-friendly open-source software for the automated analysis of freezing behavior in rodents. Based on recorded videos or pose estimation files. An adaptive, data-driven algorithm automatically determines freezing detection thresholds, reducing subjective bias while preserving user oversight. Freezing-Point adopts a user-oriented design centered on a graphical interface that provides continuous visual access to original data, processing steps and analysis results. This design enables users to inspect, validate or refine results while minimizing unnecessary data manipulation.
