• Manual Curation and Contextual Annotation: Entries are manually curated and contextually annotated to capture regulatory relationships within specific biological processes.
• NCBI Gene Symbol Indexing: Records are indexed by official NCBI Gene symbols (e.g., CDC42).
• Integration with GEREA for Causal Analysis: Integrated with the GEREA tool to enable causal analysis of gene expression datasets and inference of potential regulatory mechanisms.
