GMpi
GMpi (Growth Monitor pi) is an automated system for remotely monitoring environmental conditions in growth chambers and other controlled facilities. It utilizes a Raspberry Pi computer, open-source software, various environmental sensors, and a camera to collect and record data on the chamber's conditions.
The software developed alongside GMpi allows users to access the collected data through a web-based interface, enabling remote monitoring and management of the growth chamber. This system enhances the reproducibility of experiments by providing a detailed log of environmental conditions and reinforces the stability of the controlled environment.
