HLA Ligand Atlas provides a comprehensive collection of human leukocyte antigen (HLA) ligands identified by mass spectrometry from benign tissues to support analysis of HLA-I and HLA-II peptide presentation across tissues, individuals, alleles, and non-canonical genomic regions.

  • Mass spectrometry aggregation: Aggregates data from over 1,000 mass spectrometry experiments.
  • Sample composition: Contains data from 225 benign samples derived from 29 tissues and 21 subjects.
  • Ligand counts: Includes 89,853 HLA-I ligands and 140,861 HLA-II ligands.
  • HLA allele specificity: Covers a wide range of HLA-I and HLA-II allotypes for allele-specific analyses.
