Immcantation

Immcantation identifies B cell clonal families from next-generation sequencing (NGS)-based adaptive immune receptor repertoire sequencing (AIRR-Seq) data to infer B cell receptor (BCR) relationships and track clonal expansions in adaptive immune responses.
