LIBR MOCD
LIBR MOCD provides a validated repository of 360 pictorial cues for methamphetamine- and opioid-related drug cue reactivity (DCR) research, including matched neutral controls and automated selection of equivalent image sets for fMRI studies.

- Equivalence Across Drug Types: No significant difference was observed between methamphetamine and opioid images in craving, arousal, or valence.
- Craving–Response Time Relationship: A significant positive correlation was reported between self-reported craving and image viewing/response time, with every 10-point craving increase corresponding to ~383 ms additional response time.
- Automated fMRI Image Set Selection: The database includes three automatically selected image sets matched for equivalence in functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) experiments involving methamphetamine and opioid cues.
