LSD 3.0

LSD 3.0 provides a curated resource from the National Genomics Data Center (Beijing Institute of Genomics, Chinese Academy of Sciences) that catalogs senescence-associated genes (SAGs) and mutants across 68 species and integrates transcriptome data, senescence-differentially expressed small RNAs (Sen-smRNAs) with Sen-TF interaction pairs, phenotypic data for Arabidopsis ecotypes, and Kitbase-linked rice mutant seed information to support analysis of leaf senescence.


Key Features:

  • Extensive Gene and Mutant Repository: Contains 5,853 genes and 617 mutants annotated as senescence-associated across 68 species.
  • Transcriptome Data Integration: Incorporates transcriptome datasets from poplar, Arabidopsis, rice, and soybean for comparative expression analyses during leaf senescence.
  • Small RNA Analysis: Identifies senescence-differentially expressed small RNAs (Sen-smRNAs) in Arabidopsis and establishes interaction pairs between Sen-smRNAs and senescence-associated transcription factors (Sen-TF).
  • Phenotypic Data: Includes phenotypic records for 90 Arabidopsis natural accessions (ecotypes) with 42 associated images documenting senescence traits.
