LiPLike
LiPLike applies a regression-based approach to identify gene regulatory network (GRN) interactions that cannot be represented as linear combinations of other predictors, producing high-confidence predictions of regulatory relationships.

- High Confidence Predictions: Focuses on interactions that are not substitutable by linear combinations of other predictors, reducing false positives in GRN inference.
- Benchmarking Performance: Evaluated on three independent DREAM5 datasets to assess predictive performance against established benchmarks.
- Stratification Capability: Refines and stratifies predictions from other inference methods to improve overall accuracy, reporting an average improvement of over 140% when applied to DREAM5 participants' outputs.
- Independent Prediction Superiority: Demonstrated superior independent performance on biological data, including an accuracy of 0.38 for the top 100 interactions in the Escherichia coli network compared with 0.11 for the DREAM5 consensus model.
