LipidIMMS analyzes ion mobility-mass spectrometry (IM-MS) data to identify and characterize lipid species in untargeted lipidomics by integrating MS1 mass-to-charge (m/z), retention time (RT), collision cross section (CCS), and MS/MS spectra.
