MBITES simulates adult mosquito behavior and ecology to quantify how behavioral states and activity bouts drive vectorial capacity and pathogen transmission.

  • Individual-Based Simulation Models: Implements individual-based models of adult mosquitoes operating on complex resource landscapes generated using spatial point processes.
