MBKbase rice

MBKbase rice integrates genomic, phenotypic, and other omics data to support molecular breeding and functional genomics research in rice.


Key Features:

  • Comprehensive Data Integration: Consolidates germplasm information, multiple reference genomes, population sequencing data, phenotypic data, known alleles, and gene expression data and harmonizes them using a united set of gene loci.
  • Population-level Genotype Search and Genotype–Phenotype Visualization: Provides genotype searches at the population level and visual representations of genotype–phenotype relationships.
  • Comparative Genomics: Enables pairwise genotypic comparisons between samples and supports searching for target germplasms by genotype or phenotype.
  • User-submitted Data Analysis: Analyzes user-submitted SNP and sequence data to identify important alleles within rice germplasm.
