MITK-ModelFit

MITK-ModelFit provides model fitting infrastructure for medical imaging, enabling quantitative parameter estimation from DCE-MRI/CT, diffusion-weighted MRI (ADC and IVIM), and chemical exchange saturation transfer (CEST) Z-spectra.

Methodology:
