MaizeSNPDB

MaizeSNPDB is a comprehensive database that stores and analyzes genotype data for maize, a significant global crop. The database was constructed using refined genotype data from 1,210 maize lines across 35,370,939 SNP sites derived from the maize HapMap 3 project. MaizeSNPDB addresses the lack of a centralized genotype database for maize and provides a valuable resource for the research community.

The database incorporates several genetic analysis programs with user-friendly graphical interfaces, allowing researchers to extract and analyze SNPs from specific genomic regions quickly. The entire dataset and code for MaizeSNPDB are openly available on GitHub, promoting transparency and collaboration.
