Mat_Peptide annotates and analyzes mature peptides derived from polyproteins of Caliciviridae, Coronaviridae, Flaviviridae, Picornaviridae, and Togaviridae to provide comprehensive, reference-projected mature peptide sequence annotations for virological research.
